Refunds & Returns

Every order is QC-inspected before dispatch. If something still isn't right, here's what to do.

Damaged or defective items

Photograph the issue and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders are made for your specific requirement. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first. Bulk orders are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specification.

Sample orders

Samples are non-returnable as they are produced in low volumes specifically for evaluation. Damaged or defective samples are covered under the policy above.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (PayPal, debit, or credit card) within 5–10 business days.
