Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.

Lead times

• Samples: dispatched in 3–5 business days.
• Bulk orders: 3–5 business days for in-stock items, or as quoted at checkout for made-to-order pieces.
• Transit: 5–10 business days to most destinations via DHL / FedEx Express.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details, and a separate shipment email from Shopify with a tracking number once your parcel is collected by the courier.

40+ countries including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and more. If you don't see your country at checkout, please contact us.

Customs & duties

Because we ship DDP, all import duties, customs fees, and taxes are pre-paid. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels

Every parcel is insured. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it.
